At the very center of the composition, copper "Taykazan", which is produced in Shymkent and equipped with handmade decorative objects, is placed.

The water of fountain is 73 meters in diameter, height 6.5 meters, diameter 7.9 meters, flows downward through Taykazan, giving a view of filling the basins with water.

The fountain, which rises to 12 meters in water, was made for the windy weather conditions in Astana, but for safety reasons, the fountain will be raised by only 3 meters.
