Kazakhstan will be allocated 484 Million TL for Combating Cancer
Kazakhstan will allocate 35.1 billion KZT (approximately 484 million TL) from the state budget for the combat against cancer diseases between 2018-2022.
Speaking at a government meeting on June 26th, Health Minister Elcan Birtanov said funds could be used to identify oncological diseases as well as for the expansion of free medical care services.
According to Birtanov, by screening the target populations will be addressed and, in this way, diseases can be diagnosed early. Along with that, molecular genetics that diagnoses malignant tumors can also be tested.
