On August 13, 2018, Kyrgyzstan's Religious Affairs Directorate announced that the Sacrifice Feast will be celebrated on August 21 in the country, followed by holiday celebration.
The Ministry for Social Development declared the 21st of August as a holiday and announced that the Sacrifice Feast holiday would be limited to only one day.
In Kyrgyzstan, where 80% of population is Muslims, will perform the Sacrifice Feast prayer (salat al eidain) in mosques.
